Access granted - Culture experiences for students starting upper secondary education

Parties in Rome, suburban humour and a rap workshop, time travel to wartime Helsinki & glimpses into a wonderful future!

Registration has ended. The ‘Access granted’ (Pääsy sallittu) campaign is part of a pilot funded by the City of Helsinki designed to lower the cost of upper secondary education. The campaign offers cultural experiences for students starting their studies in the autumn of 2019. HAM, Helsinki City Museum, Helsinki Philharmonic

Orchestra, Helsinki City Library, UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra, KAVI National Audiovisual Institute and the cultural centres of the City are all participating in the pilot.

Teachers select the cultural experiences best suited for their groups by 30 September via the Kultus.fi service. The content of the campaign can be integrated into the teaching content. The pilot is implemented in cooperation with the City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division and Education Division. Upper secondary schools run by the City of Helsinki and Helsinki Vocational College and Adult Institute may participate in the pilot.

Come and enjoy colourful culture in the autumn!
